1st lesson January 7th, 2024 (Safety, material review, measuring in drawing and painting, different support ie, canvas wood etc.)

2nd lesson January 14th, 2024 (Basic techniques, composition, value and underpainting

3rd lesson January 21st, 2024 (Washes, scumbling and glazes, chiaroscuro ie. light and shadow vs Grisaille)

4th lesson January 28th, 2024 (Slow drying vs fast drying. layering and colour blocking)

5th lesson February 4th, 2024 (Colour theory, Alla Prima and Impasto)

6th lesson February 11th, 2024 (Brush techniques, scraping, oil pastel, knife work and colour mixing TIPS AND TRICKS)

7th lesson February 18th, 2024 (Blending and Scratching)

8th lesson February 25th, 2024 (Knife work)

We begin each lesson with a warm up (drawing or painting) followed by lesson and practice.

Homework will be given and is optional but recommended
